This is probably a no brainer, but I would like to know if I will notice a performance difference if I upgrade my Belkin F5D8230-4 Wireless 802.11x Pre-N Router to a Linksys E4200 v1?

Will the range be better with the E4200 v1?

Will upload/downloads be faster?

The following devices are planned to connect to the router:

1.) Wii
2.) Android smartphone
3.) Macbook
4.) HP Touchpad
5.) Two Dropcam Wireless cameras

The range won't be dramatically better and less if you use the 5.0 frequency. But the bandwidth will definitely be better with the Linksys. Especially if you use the 5.0 frequency.

Thank you for your opinion. I have been trying to decipher the technical info, but still need opinions from "experts" before sinking any cash into a potential networking uprade.
