Hello,
yes I forget my password. I have 2 other labtops on its own they still can remember the password even though I have move to a new home. But now I have a new laptop I can't use wireless for my new device because I forget my passpord help pls

Easy. Connect to the router (preferably hard wire). And then log into the router and you will have access to your password.
