I just built a PC and started downloading some Steam games. I noticed they were downloading really slow, so I went on Speedtest.net. I know some people say it's not accurate but I just wanted to get a rough indication. Anyway, usually my download speeds are 7-9 mbps, but when I tested it I got 0.37 mbps! I tested my old desktop and it got 0.38mbps! What's wrong?

I'm using a wired connection and I'm with Virgin. Thanks.

You need to contact Virgin and have them check your service ASAP. It isn't your computer(s).
