Hello, my sister has a wireless HP laptop. The wireless network told her the router was fine and that her built in wireless card was broke. How can I fix this for her?

You will have to contact HP support if its broken and get it repaired with them.
Another solution for this issue is you can purchase a USB LAN adapter and use this with the HP laptop to connect to wireless network.
