What software do you use for load balancing on a server level?

Depending on your size you can use Windows Load Balancing (software) or in larger environments you can use network appliances like F5s or Citrix NetScaler.

Thanks for the reply i will definatly look into it, im just a junior network administrator, im Mircrosoft certified but with little experiance in networking mostly hardware modifications thought i can make a wireless repeater out of basic wireless routers:P
