Hello, I have a Billion 7800N modem/router which I believe is wireless. What is the best way to wirelessly network my 2 PCs and laptop? Do I need to buy one of those WiFi USB dongles? I was thinking of getting a D-Link USB DWA-160.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Your Billion product is definitely wireless, and up to the N standard.

Dongles will do the job but if you feel up to opening the cases, and have available slots, a quick look inside which show you how easy it would be to fit PCI wireless cards. Go for whichever is cheaper in your area.

Thanks for the welcome, it's nice to be here and be able to "pick brains". Dongles are probably cheaper and, for me at least, much easier to install. Thanx again.
