I am having a problem with download speeds for pdf's from my company's server through a VPN. Usually it only takes a few seconds to download a document but for the past few days it has been taking up to 2 mins per pdf.

OS is Windows XP with a Cisco VPN. Wireless router and broadband connection at about 10 mbs which I tested using this : http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
The IT guys at the office have tested the vpn access from another location and say their connection is fine/fast.
Any suggestions on how to speed up the downloads?
