Hello,
i wanna use this crystal eye webcam on the acer aspire one and it say it may not be installed or in use by another user but there is only one user on my acer????????????

There are 2 users: You & System.

Is it installed - Device manager show any error ?
Event viewer show any error ?

have you installed it on your user account? maybe it need administrator rights
