Hi:

I need to disable the F1 key. It is really annoying especially while using a laptop. If you accidentally push F1 instead of F2 to edit a cell in excel a help window opens. The list is long but can anyone suggest how to disable F1 key?

You may as well disable every other key. I mean if you hit Y instead of T by mistake, you will get a Y. So disable the Y key so you don't type it in by accident.

But a better way is to watch what keys you hit :-)
