My name is James and I got my son a ALIENWARE laptop and he put a password on it after I told him not to .Now he can not reminber what it is . So if you could please help out on this ..THANKS YOU

Hi :)

We are not allowed to discuss passwords here....my only advice would be take it to a local computer shop (like the ones I own) and pay them to remove it...AFTER you have proved ownership.....
