yes you can

but it may be cheaper to replace the whole keyboard depending how many keys you need

heres keys on their own

that keyboard was used in a lot of acer models so keys off other models like 5551,4741 etc may also fit

if its only the bit with the letter thats came off they just push and click on

if the whole scissor mechanism has came off they are very fiddly and a bit off a pain to put on
