[Solved] Help Menu on Office7

Forum Windows 7 : General Discussion [Solved] Help Menu on Office7

When using Excel, Word, etc. and I select F1 to view the Help screen, I'm asked if I want to save a file named transition.htm. I don't get the Microsoft Help screen.
Has anyone seen this?

on the top right corner there should be a small blue circle with a question mark (right beneath the X to close the window)

Yes, but Help doesn't open if I click on it. I get the same response as my original question describes. In other words, I can't get access Help while in any Office07 application.

Here's the answer after checking around some more. This worked for me.

Try the following steps and see if it helps.
· Open Internet Explorer.
· Go to Tools >Internet Options.
· Go to the Programs tab.
· Under Internet programs section click ‘Set Programs’.
· Click on ‘Set program access and computer defaults’.
· Choose ‘Microsoft Windows’ and click OK.
