I'm having problems downloading flashplayer 11 on 64 bit, even though it says download successful and I still can't get my video to work.

OK, you want to downgrade Windows 7 to 32bits because you can't get FlashPlayer to work?
What makes you think the 32bit version will work when the 64bit version did not?

Check the status of your FlashPlayer

Im thinking you probably have FlashPlayer installed correctly and the problem is with the video you're trying to play.
