Help me , installed window 7 ultimate after windows XP, no sound output coming.

Download the latest Realtek HD audio drivers for windows 7, or fully update your PC with windows update, either "should" fix the problem.

If your problem isnt resolved after then please come back with more information about your PC/setup.

You may want to check to see what sound hardware you have first before just loading Reltek drivers.

You need to specify if it's a laptop or desktop.

Installing drivers is completely different depending on which you have.

The other goofy thing is to make sure the sound isn't muted. It happens a lot.
