Hello,got a dell xps 1640 i press start button it lights and top row of lights come on no keyboard lights but it does nothing sits for 10 seconds and lights go out no fan no nothing

Maybe a PSU or motherboard issue? As Moricon said, is the system still within warranty? or was the system purchased from a previous owner?
