i searched alot they were not free, it is free for linux but not for windows

if you can't get it free for windows, then that's about it. for windows you will have to buy it.
tom's hardware doesn't support piracy.

or you can try learning linux and use it on linux. hopefully it'll be a great learning experience. :)
