How can you uninstall a video card if its not working

if the video card has gone bad and the monitor can't display properly how can you see anything to uninstall the bad card? The monitor works fine when it;s plugged into another desktop.

Well do you have onboard video?. Also my recommendation would be go to the nearest computer place that sells Graphics cards. and get the cheapest video card they have. Plug it in and boot up. that should get you to Desktop and debugg the issue

You really don't need to worry about it right now, once you get another card or get that display to work with this rig, you can always uninstall it from the Add and remove Programs....
Since you can't see anything , I doubt you'll be using the rig at all.....
