Hey I'm looking for a monitor that can display games at 120hz 19 inches or better in 4:3 aspect ratio. (2D only)

I was wondering if this CRT would be able to do the job:

I know it says in the specs that its presets only go up to 85HZ, however it also says in the specs that its vertical frequency is 50 to 160 HZ... Does this mean I can force it up to 120 hz? Also what is stereo mode? If this monitor can't do that could you recommend a different monitor?
