Video card for Inspiron 530

Hi
I am looking for a new video card for my Dell Inspiron 530. I currently use the onboard mobo video, but I would like something with HDMI so I can plug it into my TV. I don't play any games or do any graphic work, just browse the web, Word, etc... So the only use will be normal needs and using the HDMI for TV. Here are the specs:
Intel core Duo 2 (don't remember which)
2 gb RAM
1 sata HDD (can I use 2?)
0 PCI slots used
1 CD RW
4-5 USB ports in use at any time
300 watt PSU

I am looking for recommendations on video cards that are under $100, the cheaper the better. I don't need anything for games as mentioned above, just for plugging HDMI into my TV. I have read the Radeon 6670 is good, but am seeing if there are any other choices.
