Hey i just got a refurbished 23 inch LG monitor from newegg and when i turned it on and went to google i noticed that there was a small grey dot on the right side of the screen. Is this a dead pixel or just a stuck pixel? I'm asking this because I always thought dead pixels were black and this dot is a light gray. Could it be the other pixels around it lighting it up causing it to look grey? Also is this enough to be able to RMA it since I just got it today?

I don't know what that gray thing is. But if you are not 100% happy with it and you see this problem then you need to RMA is ASAP. Refurbished has a small window to returne stuff. Good luck to ya

if the pixel has color, its probably a stuck pixel. dead pixels are black. Also in most cases, 1 dead pixel will not be enough for a RMA.

there are softwares that can help fix it. Also you can apply a little pressure to the stuck pixel.
