Hello everyone,

First, thanks for your help, second I apologize this topic has been covered in many different ways but you will have to excuse my idiocy I need everything on one page it seems cause I spent all last night reading different info and benchmarks and I dont really understand what I'm reading lol! So I just need someone to point and say "get that one you cant go wrong!" lol. Also I have never overclocked which seems to make a big difference on choosing a brand and such from what i read. I may be wrong so dont hold me to it . I would prefer "out of box" performance so I dont blow up my pc :ouch: lol but if i need to OC i guess i can learn! btw i would be playing skyrim/bf3/assasins creed/batman.

Ok now with that out of the way im gonna be getting the card here in the next day or two, what i picked out is based on nothing soley except its a 560 ti which seems to be the best bang for the buck. I included a image snipet of a comparison chart i had up, hope it works, also included links just in case.

The EVGA is factory overclocked and EVGA is the best brand.

One of the Galaxy cards you posted is a 560ti-448 cores which is a different GPU than the 560ti since, well, it has 448 cores instead of 384.

The best one of the bunch is the 448 core and it is almost a 570 and in some cases it is as fast. That one would be the one I would get. Here is a link to the brand and type of the 448 one. It is just to show you it in a different context.

i agree with dm186. the 448 core would be the fastest option available.

Galaxy a decent brand in your opinion's? thanks!

If you can afford the Galaxy 448 core model, that would be the way to go. That's actually a pretty good price for a 448 core. It also comes with more memory which will come in handy for some of the newer games. The new Skyrim Hi Resolution pack and BF3 definitely will make use of the extra memory.

The only thing I don't like is it has only one fan for cooling. Where two fan's are better but also there is more noise. I don't know how hot the 560 448's get. But my opinion is you can never have enough cooling.

You ask if the Galaxy is a good brand. In a sence thay all are good since Nvidia makes the chip that goes in them. The thing to look for is customer service and warranty just in case.

But if the Galaxy is the only one they offer then get it there is a lot that card is offering and the price is very good. Good luck to ya

I just read a few reviews of the Galaxy GTX 560 Ti (also the KFA2 GTX 560 Ti's are made by Galaxy), and it seems like a pretty good card with a good aftermarket cooler. You ought to be able to overclock it by quite a bit, if you decide that you want to play around with overclocking.
