So I have this problem with my Palit 9800gt from the moment i bought it.
When I play Crysis or Crysis wars (anything with cryengine2), it seems that artificial lighting causes the whole screen to flicker to black and a lot of objects to disappear. I did not have this problem with my trusty old 8600gt. Changing the motherboard and CPU did not seem to help with this problem because I very recently upgraded from an AMD Athlon 4600+ to an Intel core i3 2100. The problem seems to occur only indoors especially in the prototype factory, which makes it pretty much unplayable. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVB [...] e=youtu.be Outdoors i get a solid 40fps at "good visuals" settings and no problem. I know this stuff is ancient but any help would be much appreciated Thank you~
I also tried underclocking the GPU, it did not help.

Nice video... Thats a weird thing you got there. I did a quick google search and found nothing like that. Maybe try contacting Pallit Customer support?
Hopefully some one smarter than me will respond.

To make sure this is the card's problem I ran Crysis with the integrated Intel 2000 graphics. The flickering did not occur, but as you may think the framerate was awful and I cannot use it for gaming.
