Hello,
Im trying to help my girlfriend install her graphics card (Evga 550gtx) She has put it in but when she puts the disk in to install the drivers... it says it cant detect the compatible graphics card hardware? Can anyone help us out please.

She has also plugged in the power connector from the card to the Psu.
The PSU is Corsair 650.

Any chance the card is dead? Try the drivers from online?

Try that and it should work.

If you still can't try going to the download's page of the manufacturers page.

If you STILL can't even, are you sure that you plug the monitor cable to the card not the motherboard?
