What should I do? GPU Problems

Forum Graphic & Displays : Graphics Cards What should I do? GPU Problems

I recently bought the Sapphire HD 6570 and im having some compatibility issues. Whenever I start the computer it always freezes on the Windows 7 welcome screen. I went into safe mode and cleared out the old drivers that came on the disc with Driver Sweeper. I got the latest drivers from AMD's website and installed them but I got the same problems. Do you think I should RMA the card as a Replacement because the card might be faulty, or should I refund it as incompatible?

My Specs:
1TB HDD
AMD Athlon II x2 220 @ 2.8 GHz
Corsair CX430W PSU
3GB DDR3 @ 1333
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
HD 6570 (isn't working)
