I failed to see driver for Starter 7 on HP site. Did I miss something? How do I set this up the most easily? Please don't say it's impossible to print wirelessly to my HP printer, which already has WiFi enabled, I think.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

You only need a basic driver and not all the rubbish that HP wlil want you to have. There won't be a specific one for 7 Starter but any WIndows 7 driver wlil do- in fact so would a Vista driver - so long as it's the 32 bit driver.
