I would not recomend it to be honest, depending on your other specs this motherboard and chipset would bottleneck your card, it is also pci express 1.0.
You would be better off upgrading your whole pc if you want that kind of graphical performance.

GTX 590? Seriously, with some G31 motherboard?

How much is it? $800 right? Or $700? When it's $800 You better buy these:
