I tried numerous time to tell you this;
I did not deactivate the thread? Did it deactivte automatically after a certain number of days? Can I reactivate it? I am still hoping to find a solution to my problem. The only way I can even get online is by using someone else's computer. My access is blocked completely. John

Try to clear your internet history, temp files and the cookies.

U can use the CCleaner top do it @ http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Close the browser before u start cleaning.

U can try different browser to see if it works on your PC.

Google Chrome or Firefox.
