Hello,I have an ATI Radeon HD4650 and when i disconnect and then reconnect my monitor back into the port for the monitor on the graphics card, the screen displays no connection and goes into standby. The monitor is about 5 years old and the graphics card is about 2 or 3 yrs old

It not really a good idea to connect a peripheral like a monitor while the computer and monitor are powered up.
