And this is a great feature..

I got an email the other day, asking if i'd gotten the answer I needed, and could I select the best answer for others.

In this particular case I'd asked an admin to close is as it was similar to another more populated thread, and so its closed. But the idea is great, perhaps also doing the same thing to threads that have had not responses, to prompt the op to post more detail etc., not that we are backward in asking for more detail.
