i got a newly built system I'm having micro stuttering every 3-5 seconds in some games (specially NFS Hot pursuit 2 & NFS The run & Batman Arkham City that i recently played) which makes them unplayable
also happens in other games too like (Fifa 12 & Crysis & Mirror's Edge & Star wars the force unleshed) but not as much
it only happens in games!
i read around about this problem
here's what i tryed to do to solve this problem

scan for viruses
check for system file errors
scan and recover of bad sectors
defragment
install new windows
reinstall games
updated drivers from nvidia website
checking temps and fans for CPU & GPU & HDD
played in lower resolutions & graphics
reseat the graphics card and blow for dust
put heat sink for processor

still having the same problem what more should i do?

Amperage, at least 30 amps on 12v rails are optimal for most systems.

you might need more ram or drop your detail settings, particularly texture detail. it could be the vid card running out of vram. the 12v amps on your psu are a little low.
