Screen turning black for 3ish seconds after I turn it on

I recently build this computer the other day and this is the parts.

I7 2600k @ 4.9 GHZ 24+ hrs of benchmarking.
16gb Cas 7 DDR3 1600
H100 Corsair
ASUS Nvidia 570 GTX running @ 980MHz core, 24hrs of benchmarking.
System stays cool in idle or when screen flickers ONCE after I turn it on, under 30c, both CPU/GPU.
ASUS CD DVD RW
ASUS P8Z68-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Corsair HX750 Modular PSU



This is a walkthrough of what happens, and when:

At night I shut off the computer, next day I turn it on, and I start a game like World Of Warcraft or Battlefield 3. About 1-2 seconds after I start it, the screen TURNS BLACK for about 1-3 seconds then back to normal.


Please help me fix this or troubleshoot it, its never done this before, I had a very similar rig before and I did the same exact installation steps other than a new i7 with higher overclocking on CPU/CPU!

Anyone? I took all the overclocks off, it still does it but not right away, later on while playing
