[Solved] New messeges can't see

hello guys, another problem
from last 2 days when i click on blue flag as you can see in right column like

"PROFILE" "THREADS" NO MESSEGES"

when i click on threads now i have 8 threads but when i click on it but it can't show any threads it just show no messeges and always highlight on no messeges, i mean private messege like.

There are no new private messages for you.

Write private messages to your contacts and read the responses here.

Get into the Forum root @ http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/
Click on the blue My Threads button and you should see all 8 threads.

It's broken, and been broken the last couple days.
THG knows about it.

Since I'm lazy, the Easiest way to access PM's is to click some's Green Envelope and then click the ' Tom's Hardware > Forum > Private messages ' - it'll take your message list in a second

I use a free Print Screen program called Gadwin Print Screen
And I use Imageshack.us to upload and host an image, then use the Forum code to paste it into a post.

For Preferences - check only the Run at Windows Startup

For Source - choose Rectangular Area and check Capture Mouse. This lets you use the mouse to draw a box around what you want to capture. Hit Enter to do the actual capture.

For Destination - make sure Copy to File and automatic nameing is checked. Choose the folder or location (like Desktop) where you want the captures to end up so you can find them.

For Image - I always use Jpeg as the type of image captured.

Tip - I often need a e.g. Properties or small window shot and to expedite I simply use -- Alt + PrtScn ; it's automatically 'cropped' for the size of the top/open window.
