How many amps do i need for a gaming computer?

I'm planning on building a mITX case with a SFX PSU and the best I could find (I'm in australia) is a silverstone 450W with 36A on the +12 rail. Would that be enough to power a gtx560Ti and i5 2500k both running at stock? How about a future 6** series card?

that should work but why would you buy a 2500k when you are going to run it at stock?
  2. The highest I can oc it is 4.2ghz and since I can't get anything amazing, nor do I need it at the moment, I left it at stock
