Since two days ago, the number of posts alway's updates ... look nice but point does not update and I always receive an email for BA. in the morning i get 3 email but profile BA are also not updated. I hope to be updated soon, thank you so much

We're currently having an issue with the points and such updating. It's being looked at by the dev team and should be fixed as soon as possible.

I did check , Oh no .. No update , still the same amount as before, seems not to work,
got into trouble last since it has not been updated for
BA.

points were updated for me too, but BA weren't...
i've exceeded 15 BA in graphics section and still my profile reporting 4

Same here, I am waiting also. When I started to collect BA@mails, 37 so far. Did not moved for long time, about 50 days or so....

That's what i did too i created a folder named Tomshardware on my hotmail and over 30 BA mails, still reporting 4 in my profile.

This issue has happened several times. I've never seen 'pending' or 'missing' best answers show up. After the points and BA's start accumulating again, those will add up, but the ones that were acquired during that time, are likely gone.

I'm just saying what I've seen in the prior cases when this has happened. Joe did say that the software is keeping track of them, and they will update when the issue is resolved within 2 weeks.

It was confirmed by Jpishgar, and Saint19 that the BAs will be updated as soon as the problem is solved. But sounds like it's a hard process and it will take a quite long time.
