Did you check the apply sig before saving changes ? I mean did you check the 'Apply Signature' box before you clicked on 'submit' ?

the apply sig was un-ticked, but I didn't un-tick it. Must be some error with database.

Happened to me as well for quite a lot of time. I never un-ticked it, it just went un-ticked without me ever un-ticking it. :pt1cable:
