I'm not able to register. Every time I try I get an error message telling me I've
taken too long. I know I need to register my nickname to chat, but there are no
instructions anywhere. Very frustrating. Maybe ICQ doesn't want people to chat.

I'm having the same problem and no answers anywhere, the site is losing many chatters. It's stupid.

ICQ has been hard to use for a long time. Mainy chat programs for awhile had been "built/designed" off of it if i remember right and some started to conflict with of chat programs to say that had been "built/designed" from.

Last i remembered it was better to almost not use a chat program much anymore. Even though there are still good ones out there.

Think some even had all sorts of features of use for them.
