ineed bracket quad 405 kit to fasten to heatsink do i need mica between output devises and bracket they are D 1047 plastic case

It's only plastic on the front. Notice it's built on a metal tab (except the CSD1047F version). Yes you need insulating spacer if it is made on a metal tab. Mica is not first choice. Heat-conductive silicone thermo-tabs (made to that form) are more reliable.
