Generally, you don't. The manual should probably have instructions on how to reset the router to default settings. You'll then need to reconfigure your wireless network.

It's pretty simple: see who is the manufacturer of the router, go to their webpage, look up that model, check the online documentation (which is usually a copy of what you get in the box when you buy it) and take it from there. There must be a way to reset it to factory defaults, explained in that documentation. Remember that re-configuring it will require a ethernet connection between the router and the PC.
