$700 budget most components chosen

Hi guys, I have not built a computer in a few years and was just looking for some second opinions. I am starting this build from scratch with little to no components that I can recycle from existing systems. I am not counting the cost of a monitor or keyboard and mouse in the $700 budget.

I need a computer for mostly recreational but some work programs. The most critical programs would be CAD programs that I use and require a decent processor and ample RAM. I would also like to use the computer for light gaming if possible from the start. I would like to have a computer that I can upgrade over the next few years so I decided to go with a i3 cpu build that can be upgraded to an i7 down the line. Here is what I have chosen so far.

Just wanted to double check all these components go together well and maybe some other options for upgrading the system. Right now with all these components its right around $700.

would be ideal if could play something like skyrim on it now, then later upgrade it dedicated SLI's with 16+ram and i7 CPU

It would be hard to play Skyrim without a Video Card. I'm pretty sure integrated graphics aren't going to cut it for anything but the lowest of low settings, if even that. CAD programs can also benefit from a good video card.
