Hey guys. You all helped me out a couple weeks ago when I built my computer, but it went so well my mom has asked me to build her a new one for about $600-$800 (the cheaper the better, she's a bargain hunter).

Approximate Purchase Date: There isn't a set timeline for this, but should happen within the next couple weeks.

Budget Range: $800 max, but prefer $600-$700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: PSE, she works at home and needs the graphics card and ram to handle PSE running plus multiple internet windows up at one time. She also Uploads and Downloads a lot.

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg and Amazon, but open-minded if you can get better deals elsewhere.

Country: Florida, US

Parts Preferences: No actual preferences.

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, 1920x1200

Additional Comments: Preferably quiet. Nothing too fancy, as long as it can run PSE + Multiple windows without a hitch and upload efficiently.
