Get memory with 1.5V CAS9 1600Mhz instead of the one listed.
Gskill RipjawsX 2x4GB 1.5V CAS9 1600Mhz $57.20
or
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1.5V CAS9 1600Mhz $57.13

You also might want to get a DVD burner.

And maybe an aftermarket HSF since you are getting i5 2500k for overclocking.
Cooler Master Hyper 212 + or EVO will do nicely and should be pretty cheap.

Otherwise they are compatible.

Okay, great to know these will work.
And dvd burner? As in burning CD's?
Or for another use?

Reply to MalcolmLX

burning DVD's CD's and generally just installing windows for example.
They are about $20-30 so not overly expensive, just something which would be good to have.

Mhmm, Selected a relatively cheap DVD burner, I am pretty much set then!
Thank you very much for your help! :D

And this is still compatible and run properly with my other components?
