I'm about to order my system parts but have a question. I am getting this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813157271 and this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811156270 my question is how will the front Usb 3.0 ports on the case connect to the board? I'm paying more for a case that has Usb 3.0 ports up front so I want to make sure I can use them!

It won't.

You need a board with internal USB 3.0 headers. The least expensive ATX board that offers this is the Gigabyte GA-Z68MX-UD2 $149.99

There's not good search feature for this, you just have to check under the details tab and under Internal I/O Connectors it'll list USB 3.0 x2. If it just lists USB 2.0 then it's not going to work.

OK well what would be a good quality mobo that supports Ivy bridge (so I can upgrade in the future) and has internal Usb 3.0 headers?
