In our country the price range of the two is just about the Power Color Radeon HD 6870 X2 2gb is about 453$ and in every purchase you can get a "Razer (Piranha) Gaming Headphone" and the Gainward GTX 570 Phantom is 355$. For me, the price is not the problem. I just want to know, which is can run much better.

where do you live and where do you buy that stuff????
6870s are no doubt faster in terms of raw power, but they produce unbearable micro-stuttering, the drivers are piss-poor and still are.... by adding a second card your minimum fps will actually go down which is pathetic imo I speak from experience. ... Toms HW even published an article a while back on the matter.. I abandoned mine and have been much happier since
bottom line, go for the single GTX 570SC
