Does the "You have xxx best answers in this section." tracking stop after you receive your Gold Badge?

It is not big deal, if it does or doesn't. I was just wonder since it has stopped counting months when I received my Gold badges in "Comment on news articles" and "Report some forum contents to the moderators".

As far as I can tell, yes. I'm still at 150 in Homebrew, and I got that badge a while ago.

Hey,

I don't know... I can find out. However, if everyone seems to see the same results, I would imagine it just stops updating. Do you guys want it to keep updating for your information?

Agree with MadAdmiral and u, when I receive the Gold badges for Comments and Report contests the counter stop.

The badges are good for a quick glance, but I think it'd be nice to see a total of how many best answers somebody has regardless of what badge they have.

^+1, if u want know how many best answer u get after the Gold badge u need count this in a file in ur PC.

It does sound like a good idea to keep the count going, at least on a personal level, if not globally.

If it isn't too much of a change, I would recommend modifying the tracking to keep going beyond the Gold Badge.
