I can't find any link or suggestion as to how you can post articles on this site. I don't see the option anywhere!

It's I am most certainly just overlooking something obvious but seriously, why would it be so hard for a new comer to find out how?? Am i missing something?

Ok, i think i know now the first questions i should have asked was, were do the articles in the article section on this website come from? to toms hardware users post them? do the site admins post them? are they links from other websites?
