Why cpu booting very slow

Hello,
If i switch on my cpu , the fan runs, but there is no display.. have to keep my cpu switched ON for more than 15mins then it ll start with a beep sound.. when i start my cpu aft an hour and every first time when i switch ON my cpu, this problem occurs.. can you tell me why it was?

Register or log in to remove.

One you have booted the pc, go to "start>msconfig>boot>advanced dis-able GUI boot and everything in the start up tab, next go to the boot tab again and select advanced options, then tick the box next to CPU cores (a drop down list will appear with the number of cores you have) do the same for the box next to it which is memory.

if none of this helps, psot back, i have a few more ideas
