I have a Corsair CX500 PSU in my newly built PC, just one issue, it has a very high pitched whine when powered off, but if there is an iPod charging for example, it doesnt whine. It also whines when powered on, but once the PC gets warm, it goes away, or under extreme load.
Any suggestions appriciated.
And yes, i do know that the present CX500 isnt regarded as a decent Corsair!
