Yes...maybe, the difference between ATX12V and EPS is the power connector that plugs into the the motherboard. EPS (8-pin connector) is designed to provide cleaner more stable power to the motherboard/CPU than is provided by the ATX 12V standard (4-pin connector). Most modern, good quality PSUs are compatible with both ATX 12V and EPS...they either have both cords on the PSU or have two 4-pin connectors that combine to make an 8-pin EPS connector.
Before you buy your PSU you need to verify whether your mobo takes EPS or ATX 12V and verify that the PSU you want is compatible with that standard.
