Mostly will be running X-Plane 10

Before pulling the trigger on my $1044.00 list I would be pleased for any help from gammers and others.

The list so far:

I have an all ALu. case 8W-x-16H-X-19"D and have not decided what moniters to use.

aside from those awefull heatsinks on the ram i see no issue

I like the ram heat sinks.
I think the thermal paist is a waist of money. 1 degree is not worth 5 or 10 bucks to me.

never liked heatsinks on ram period, and corsair high end memory just takes it too far, but to each his own, you should not see any clearance issues

I have those vengeance ram and I hate those stupid heatsyncs. They get in the way of CPU coolers and are a pain to work with. I will NEVER buy hideous heatsynced ram like that ever again. My buddy has some normal looking hyper-x ram and it runs better than those stupid vengeance.

You guys know that Vengence RAM comes in a low profile non-gimicky version too right? The RAM itself is great, the heatsink on the normal stuff are just ugly.
