After receiving my brand new CPU I was excited, I was PISSED when I found out that my cooler may or may not fit in my case :fou:, considering a trusted member of this forum recommended it to me. I have a amd mother board, but it appears to not fit in my motherboard (MN27B-LA). I NEED this this to be fixed ASAP. My CPU is an AM3, and my motherboard is a AM2+. Please Help , here is a link to my cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835103075

Your motherboard should have an AMD bracket that fits where the 4 holes are around the cpu socket.
Looks like this.

Oh Duh, I completely forgot about that. Is it fine that I only have 3 of the screws for it? If not were can I buy them/name of the screw. Thanks :)

Eww! not so good.
Can you not find a fourth screw somewhere?
Doesn't have to be exact = same thread and length would be good.
The head can be different.

Once you find another screw you'll be fine.
Some e-tailers sell retention brackets but idk if screws are included.
Easier to find another screw since i'll assume there's nothing wrong with your bracket.

Okay, found the last screw, now how do I go about installing this?

Well from what i know it's a bit of a pain lining up the clip and slider thing.
I really can't assist you much since i don't run any AMD platforms.
I heard the instructions left much to be desired.
Patience is the key.
Good luck:)
